SINCE WE DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE AS PROMPTLY AS POSSIBLE, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED? HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE A CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT?

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM OUR TEAM INDICATING YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL, PLEASE ALLOW 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE CREDIT TO BE APPLIED BACK INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
